Note: This feature requires the Material Request & Approval module licensed at your site.
Delete a request priority to permanently remove it from your system. You can delete any priority that meets both of the following conditions:
● Priority was created at your site.
● Priority is not currently selected for any existing request.
For details on changing requests' selected priorities (to enable a specific priority to be deleted), see Editing a Request.
To delete a request priority:
Starting at the administrative Request Priorities page (How do I get there?), do the following:
● In the Action column, click the delete (
) icon of the request priority you want to delete. (This icon appears only next to priorities created at your site.)
A message asks for confirmation. If you confirm and the priority is not currently selected for any existing priorities, it is deleted and removed from the display.
