Emailing a Site Administrator

From the Login page, regardless of your permissions, you can email the administrator of any site in your system: the Corporate site or any local site. This enables you to contact the appropriate administrator when you cannot login or for any other reason.

You can compose and send this email message using either Comply Plus's internal email tool or your workstation's default email tool.

Note: The email address of each site's administrator is defined in the configuration of that site. For details, see Site Settings.

To email a site administrator:

Starting at the Login page (How do I get there?), do one of the following:

To email the Corporate site administrator: Click one of the links below Email the Corporate administrator at the right side of the page:

Using Comply Plus Web: Click to email the Corporate administrator using Comply Plus's internal email tool. This opens a new window where you can enter the email message. Click Send to send the message.

Using your system: Click to email the Corporate administrator using your workstation's default email tool. This begins a new email message to the Corporate administrator in the workstation's tool. Enter and send the message as you would with any other email in this tool.

To email a local site administrator: In the Select a site list, select the site whose administrator you want to email. This adds two Email the [Site Name] Administrator links below the site list. Click one of these links:

Using Comply Plus Web: Click to email the site's administrator using Comply Plus's internal email tool. This opens a new window where you can enter the email message. Click Send to send the message.
