Note: This feature requires at least one of the following modules licensed at your site:
● Form R Regulatory Reporting
● Tier II Regulatory Reporting
Create a reporting facility to define all or a portion of a site as an entity submitting regulatory reports to a reporting authority. This requires you to enter the facility's identification and other properties according to its facility type; these are chosen from the facility types defined in your system by administrators (for details, see Administration: Reporting Facility Types). Be sure to select the facility type appropriate to the facility's region, agency, or method of reporting.
To create a reporting facility:
Starting at the Reporting Facilities page (How do I get there?), do the following:
1. In the lower left, click the Click Here link.
Fields appear for defining the new reporting facility.
2. Enter a Facility Name and any helpful Comments, and select a Facility Type.
The fields below the Comments field change according to the selected facility type.
3. Below the Comments field, fill in the fields to define the identification and other properties of the facility. For more details on any field, mouse-over it.
4. In the Locations tree, select all locations (and/or sub-locations) contained by this facility. Then click Add >>.
The selected locations are moved to the Chosen Locations list. (To remove a chosen location, click its remove () icon.)
5. Click Save in the lower right.
The new facility is saved and ready to generate reports. Click Done to return to the main Reporting Facilities page.
