Deleting an MRAP Task

Note: This feature requires the Material Request & Approval module licensed at your site.

Delete an obsolete or otherwise unwanted MRAP task to permanently remove it from your system. You can delete any task that meets both of the following requirements:

Task was created at your site.

Task is not present in any existing task template (see Administration: MRAP Task Templates) or request.

If a task is present in an existing request that cannot or should not be deleted—thus preventing the task from being deleted—you can clear the task's "Can Be Picked" option; this prevents the task from being newly added to any template or request (see Editing an MRAP Task).

To delete an MRAP task:

Starting at the administrative Tasks page (How do I get there?), do the following:

In the Action column, click the delete () icon of the task you want to delete. (This icon only appears next to tasks created at your site.)

A message asks for confirmation. If you confirm and the task is not present in any existing template or request, the task is permanently deleted from your system.
