Note: This feature requires the Material Request & Approval module licensed at your site.
Edit a PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) value to correct or modify one or more of the following properties:
● Value Name: The identifying name or code of the value.
● Category: The PPE category to which the value belongs. (For details on viewing and managing these categories, see Administration: PPE Categories.)
● Comments: Any helpful information on the nature or details of the value (optional).
Any changes to a value are automatically reflected in all Personal Protective Equipment tasks (see MRAP Task Type: Personal Protective Equipment) in which the value is selected.
You can only edit PPE values that were created at your site.
To edit a PPE value:
Starting at the administrative PPE Values page (How do I get there?), do the following:
1. In the Action column, click the edit () icon of the PPE value you want to edit. (This icon appears only next to values created at your site.)
The value's properties are shown in fields.
2. Enter the desired changes to the value's properties. (See above for details on each.)
3. Click Save.
Your changes to the PPE value are saved. These changes are automatically reflected by all Personal Protective Equipment tasks in which this value is selected.
