Note: This feature requires the Material Request & Approval module licensed at your site.
Delete an obsolete or otherwise unwanted request status to permanently remove it from your system. You can delete any status that meets both of the following conditions:
● Status was created at your site.
● Status is not currently in use by any existing request.

To delete a request status:
Starting at the administrative Request Statuses page (How do I get there?), do the following:
● In the Action column, click the delete (
) icon next to the request status you want to delete. (This icon appears only next to statuses created at your site.)
A message asks for confirmation. If you confirm and your system contains no requests of this status, the status is deleted and removed from the display.
