Note: This feature requires the Chemical Inventory module licensed at your site.
Edit a chemical synonym when the synonym needs to be updated.
Note: If you are a local site user, chemical synonyms shown in blue were added by a Corporate user and can be edited by a Corporate user only.
To edit a chemical synonym:
Starting at the Chemical Synonyms page (How do I get there?), do the following:
1. Click the edit (
) icon next to the synonym you want to edit.
2. Do your editing in the Edit Synonym field that appears.
3. Click the Save button.
