Note: This feature requires the Material Request & Approval module licensed at your site.
Delete an obsolete or otherwise unwanted MRAP task template to permanently remove it from your system. This does not delete the template's tasks (which remain available for requests and other templates), but deletes only the template and its tasks' template-specific settings.
You can delete any template that meets both of the following conditions:
● Template was created at your site.
● Template is not currently selected for a request type (see Administration: Request Types) or as a site's default request template (see Site Settings).
Note: Deleting a template does not automatically remove its tasks from requests using the template.
To delete an MRAP task template:
Starting at the administrative Templates page (How do I get there?), do the following:
● In the Action column, click the delete (
) icon of the template you want to delete. (This icon appears only next to templates created at your site.)
A message asks for confirmation. If you confirm and the template is not currently in use, it is permanently deleted from your system.
