Editing Inventory Reports

Note: This feature requires the Chemical Inventory module licensed at your site.

Edit an inventory report to correct or update any of its settings.

Note: If you edit an inventory report that is currently scheduled, your changes are automatically applied to all scheduled instances of this report. (For details on scheduled reports, see Scheduled Reports.)

To edit an inventory report:

Starting at the Inventory Reports page (How do I get there?), do the following:

1.      Click the name of the inventory report you want to edit.

The report opens, showing its current saved settings.

2.      Make all desired changes to the settings displayed. For details on a setting, find it in the topic corresponding to the Report Type shown in the upper left:

        Inventory Report Type: Aggregate Chemical

        Inventory Report Type: Aggregate Hazard

        Inventory Report Type: Aggregate Product

        Inventory Report Type: Breach of Threshold

        Inventory Report Type: Building Occupancy

3.      Click Save in the upper right.

Your changes to the report's settings are saved. These are now the report's saved settings when it is run in future. All scheduled instances of the report are updated accordingly.
