While Comply Plus offers several tools for searching your database of chemical products and substances (see Searching for Products and Chemicals), you can also search your database of transactions. Each transaction is a single inventory activity involving a specific product, such as a receipt of product quantity, a transfer of a lot containing the product from one location to another, or a record of the product's on-site quantity.
As you track your site's inventory activities and quantities using any of the modules listed above, your database of transactions grows gradually larger and more detailed. To help you navigate this database and locate the information you need, Comply Plus offers the following tool:
● Transaction Search Center: The transaction search engine, which lets you search your site's history of transactions using a variety of criteria and add any transactions in your search results to a transaction collection. For details, see Collections.
