Note: This feature requires at least one of the following modules licensed at your site:
● Chemical Inventory
● Form R Regulatory Reporting
● Tier II Regulatory Reporting
A transaction collection can contain any of the transactions entered at your site: detail and/or summary transactions, transactions involving different products, and so on. When a transaction collection is established, you can use it to perform the following operations (in addition to the basic collection operations, which are available for collections of all types):
● Emailing a Transaction Collection: Email a transaction collection to one or more recipients, including the basic details of each transaction in the collection (requires the Chemical Inventory module).
● Batch Data Operations for Lot Collections: Make a specific data change—such as a new quantity or location—to all transactions in a collection at once.
Note: Because transactions occur only at specific local sites, transaction collections are not available at the Corporate site.
