Remove an SDS file when it is no longer appropriate or necessary for the SDS. After the file is removed, it is no longer available for users to view on the SDS Home page.
If you need to replace an SDS file with a new file, you do not need to remove the old file first. See Uploading SDS Files for details on replacing an SDS file with a different file.
To remove an SDS file:
Starting at the SDS Home page (How do I get there?), do the following:
1. Under Additional Details, click Primary Information.
The Primary Information page opens, showing the SDS's current primary information for your site.
2. Click the Upload an SDS Image/Text file link at the top of the display.
The File Management portion of the display lists all of the SDS’s text/image files.
3. Click the 
icon next to the file you wish to delete.
