Note: This feature requires at least one of the following modules licensed at your site:
● Chemical Inventory
● Form R Regulatory Reporting
● Tier II Regulatory Reporting
Delete a transaction when it was entered erroneously and its entry and effect should be permanently removed from your inventory records. When you delete transactions of specific transaction groups, related transactions are also deleted:
● When a Transfer In transaction is deleted, its related Transfer Out transaction is also deleted automatically.
● When a Transfer Out transaction is deleted, its related Transfer In transaction is also deleted automatically.
● When a Usage transaction is deleted, any related Waste transactions are also deleted automatically.
Note: The procedure below can be used to delete SDS and part transactions only. Lot transactions cannot be deleted.
To delete a transaction:
Starting at the Transaction Home page (How do I get there?), do the following:
● Click the delete () icon
next to the transaction’s description. You are asked for confirmation;
click OK to confirm.
The transaction is deleted. Both it and its effect are removed from its product's transaction history.
