Note: This feature requires both of the following modules licensed at your site:
● Chemical Inventory
● HandHeld Inventory
The HandHeld Inventory Site Overview is an overall view of your handheld inventory setup, in contrast to other displays related to handheld inventory that show only a specific data type (such as handheld devices or DSMs). In a "tree" display, the HandHeld Inventory Site Overview shows:
● Every DSM defined at your site;
● The handheld devices assigned to each DSM;
● The current assigned location of each handheld device.
This display also serves as a shortcut to editing any DSM or handheld device from a single page; see procedure below.
To view the HandHeld Inventory Site Overview:
Starting at the Application Administration page (How do I get there?), do the following:
1. In the menu on the left, under INVENTORY, click HandHeld Inventory Manager > Site Overview.
The Site Overview page opens, showing all DSMs defined at your site. Below each DSM are listed all handheld devices assigned to that DSM. If a device is assigned to a location, that location is shown next to the device's name.
2. Optional: To edit any DSM or handheld device on this display, click the item you want to edit. Then:
● If you clicked a DSM: Continue at step 2 of the procedure in Editing a DSM.
● If you clicked a handheld device: Continue at step 2 of the procedure in Editing a HandHeld Device.
