Delete an exposure limit type to permanently remove it from your system.
Note: You cannot delete an exposure limit type if any exposure limits of this type are currently recorded for SDSs (see SDS Exposure Limits) or SDS ingredients (see Editing an SDS Ingredient).
To delete an exposure limit type:
Starting at the administrative Exposure Limits page (How do I get there?), do the following:
● Click the delete (
) icon of the exposure limit type you want to delete.
A message asks for confirmation. If you confirm and the exposure limit type is not currently in use in your system, it is deleted. No user at any site can now record an exposure limit of this type. You are returned to the administrative Exposure Limits page, which no longer shows the deleted exposure limit type.
