Edit an exposure limit type to correct or update its name and/or description.
To edit an exposure limit type:
Starting at the administrative Exposure Limits page (How do I get there?), do the following:
1. Click the edit (
) icon of the exposure limit type you want to edit.
The limit type's name and description are shown in fields.
2. In the fields provided, enter the limit type's new name and/or description.
3. Click Save.
Your changes to the exposure limit type are saved. You are returned to the administrative Exposure Limits page, which now shows your changes. If you changed the limit type's name, this new name is now shown at all sites wherever an exposure limit of this type is recorded:
● On SDSs (see SDS Exposure Limits);
● On SDS ingredients (see Editing an SDS Ingredient).
