Note: This feature requires the Chemical Inventory module licensed at your site.
Comply Plus includes the standard transaction reports listed below, which show various aspects of your site's transaction and inventory records. This report list includes the following for each report:
● Title and format (Crystal or Quick View; see Reports for details on these report formats);
● A description of the report's purpose and output;
● The available criteria you can use to focus the report output on specific data (like entering search criteria to focus a search on specific data);
● Any available options that alter the appearance, format, or effect of the report output.
For details on running any of these reports, see the following:
● Running a Report: Manually run the report on the whole system. Available for all reports listed below.
● Running Reports on a Collection: Manually run the report, focusing it on a specific transaction collection. Available for most (not all) reports listed below.
● Scheduled Reports: Set the report to run automatically on a regular schedule. Available for most (not all) reports listed below.
Note: Transactions are purely local, site-specific records. Therefore, transaction reports cannot be run from the Corporate site.
Because regulatory reporting often requires material quantities to be reported in pounds (lbs), it can be useful to ensure conversion to pounds is possible for your product quantities. For each product, this report indicates:
● Which units of measure have been used to enter transactions for the product;
● Whether a product quantity in each of these units can be converted to pounds using existing physical properties or conversion factors.
The result for each product unit is shown in the Successful Conversion column as one of the following:
● Yes: A product quantity in this unit can be converted to pounds.
● No: A product quantity in this unit cannot be converted to pounds using existing data. The product requires a defined density, specific gravity, or conversion factor to enable a successful conversion.
In the report output, click any product ID to open that product's Home page in a new window.
Available Criteria:
● Site Names: Include only product transactions from these sites.
● Product Type: Include only SDSs, parts, and/or lots.
● Product ID: Include only SDSs with file names, parts with part numbers, and lots with lot numbers obeying this criterion.
● Product Name: Include only products with names matching or containing this criterion.
● Unit: Include only these units of measure.
● Successful Conversion: Include only product units that can be converted to pounds (Yes) or units that cannot be converted to pounds (No).

● Description: Include only parts with descriptions matching or containing this criterion.
● Include Inactive Parts: Include inactive parts.
● Search Corporate: Include Corporate parts not assigned to your local site.

This report shows the total quantities (in pounds) of specific chemical substances used at your site; these usages are calculated from Usage transactions entered for parts. This is intended to facilitate calculations of what portion of these usages are emitted into the air. To keep the report output focused on specific substances, you must select a specific chemical list or enter a specific CAS number; see below for details on these criteria.
Note: This report shows usage totals only from parts with components defined as Single SDS or Mixture of SDSs. Usages of parts with components defined as Mixture of Other Parts, Part-Specific, or Supply Chain are not included.
Available Criteria:
● Lists: Show usage totals of ingredients cited by this list. (You must select a list here or enter a CAS number criterion; see next.)
