Comply Plus includes the standard SDS reports listed below, which show various aspects of your SDS database. This report list includes the following for each report:
● Title and format (Crystal, Quick View, or Telerik; see Reports for details on these report formats);

This report identifies duplicate SDSs in your system. A duplicate SDS is an SDS that has exactly the same common name, manufacturer, and revision date as another SDS. Along with the basic details of each SDS, the report output shows the date it was created in your system, its current state (Normal, Archived, etc.), and its number (“count”) of duplicates. In the report output, click any SDS file name to open that SDS in a new window.

This report lists any active SDSs that match one another in both common name and manufacturer. A good practice to keep your SDS database clean and up-to-date is by archiving an outdated SDS when a newer revision exists in the database. Thus if two or more SDSs have the same common name and manufacturer, all SDSs in that set with outdated revision dates might be candidates for archiving.
This report identifies common name matches using “converted common names,” which are common names with all non-alphanumeric characters removed. Thus if two common names are punctuated differently—with parentheses, hyphens, quotation marks, and so forth—but are otherwise alike, they match each other as converted common names.
In the report output, click an SDS file name to open that SDS in a new window.
Available Criteria:
● Site Names: Include only SDSs assigned to these sites.
● Converted Common Name: Include only SDSs with converted (punctuation-free) common names matching or containing this criterion.
● Common Name: Include only SDSs with standard common names matching or containing this criterion.
● Manufacturer: Include only SDSs with manufacturer names matching or containing this criterion.
● File Name: Include only SDSs with file names obeying this criterion.
● Proprietary SDS: Include only proprietary or non-proprietary SDSs.
Available Options:
● Export to Excel: Generate the report output as an Excel file.
● Export as tab delimited file: Generate the report output as a tab-delimited text file.
This report (a Telerik version of the Quick View report above) lists any active SDSs that match one another in both common name and manufacturer.
Thus if two common names are differently spaced or punctuated—with parentheses, hyphens, quotation marks, and so forth—but are otherwise alike, they match each other as converted common names.
Available Criteria:
● Converted Common Name: Include only SDSs with "clean" (punctuation-free) common names matching or containing this criterion.
● Common Name: Include only SDSs with standard common names obeying this criterion. (In this field, you can enter the same variety of criterion types you can enter in the Common Name field on the SDS Search Center; for details, see Performing an SDS Search.)

● Document ID: Include only SDSs with document IDs obeying this criterion.
● File Name: Include only SDSs with file names obeying this criterion.
● Search Proprietary: Include proprietary SDSs.
Available Options:
● None
This report shows SDSs that may be possible candidates for archiving because they lack various data and activities. This is shown in the following columns:
● Has Transactions: Shows whether each SDS has ever undergone any transactions. (See SDS Transactions.)
● Has Parts: Shows whether each SDS is set as a component of any parts. (See Part Components.)
● Has Lots: Shows whether each SDS is set as the component of any lots. (See Lot Component.)
● Has Part Transactions: Shows whether each SDS’s parts (i.e., the parts that would cause a “Yes” in the Has Parts column) have ever undergone any transactions.
● Has Related Parts: Shows whether each SDS has any related parts. (See SDS Related Parts.)
● Is Used: Shows whether an SDS has any of the data/activities indicated by the columns listed above. In other words, if all Has columns show “No,” this column indicates “No,” indicating the SDS may be disused and a candidate for archiving.
Available Criteria:
● Site Names: Include only SDSs assigned to these sites.
● Common Name: Include only SDSs with common names matching or containing this criterion.
● Manufacturer: Include only SDSs with manufacturer names matching or containing this criterion.
