Note: This feature requires the REACH module licensed at your site.
Comply Plus includes the standard REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation, and Restriction of Chemicals) reports listed below, which show various data related to the process of identifying REACH-regulated substances at your site and addressing other REACH-related concerns. This report list includes the following for each report:
● Title and format (Crystal or Quick View; see Reports for details on these report formats);
● A description of the report's purpose and output;
● The available criteria you can use to focus the report output on specific data (like entering search criteria to focus a search on specific data);
● Any available options that alter the appearance, format, or effect of the report output.
For details on running any of these reports, see the following:
● Running a Report: Manually run the report on the whole database of requests. Available for all reports listed below.
● Scheduled Reports: Set the report to run automatically on a regular schedule. Available for all reports listed below.
This report shows the parts in your system and their attachments—that is, electronic files attached to parts to complete or supplement each part's data with URLs, documents, and so on. The report output includes numerous details on each part and attachment. Parts without attachments are automatically omitted from the report output.
For more details on part attachments, see Part Attachments.
Available Criteria:
● Site Names: Include only parts from these sites.
● Part Number: Include only parts with part numbers matching or containing this criterion.
● Product Name: Include only parts with product names matching or containing this criterion.
● Manufacturer: Include only parts with manufacturer names matching or containing this criterion.
● Part Type: Include only parts of these types.
● Sub Part: Include only sub-parts (Yes) or non-sub-parts (No). (A sub-part is a part that is a component of another part's composition in a Mixture of Parts or a Supply Chain; for details, see Part Components.)
● Supplier Part: Include only supplier parts (Yes) or non-supplier parts (No).
● Part Active: Include only active parts (Yes) or inactive parts (No).
● Attachment Site Name: Include only attachments added from these sites.
● Product Attachment: Include only attachments with names matching or containing this criterion.
● Attachment Date: Include only attachments with dates obeying this criterion.
Note: A part attachment's date is optionally entered by the user adding the attachment to the part, and is not necessarily the date of any specific event (such as when the attachment was created, added to the part, and so on).
● Original File Name: Include only attachments with original file names—that is, their file names before they were uploaded into Comply Plus—matching or containing this criterion. (Applies to uploaded attachments only; for details, see Part Attachments.)
● Attachment Path: Include only attachments with file paths within Comply Plus matching or containing this criterion.
Available Options:
● Export to Excel: Generate the report output as an Excel file.
● Export as tab delimited file: Generate the report output as a tab-delimited text file.
A REACH-specific version of the "List Matching (Part)" Crystal report, this report shows the chemical ingredients in parts and how they relate to the REACH-related regulatory chemical lists you select (whether an ingredient is cited, not cited, above or below the listed threshold, and so on), including each ingredient's name, CAS number and contribution amount in the part's composition.
Note: The report output shows parts with the Single SDS component definition only. (For details on part component definitions, see Part Components.)
Also Note: If Comply Plus does not consider a part ingredient to be an absolutely certain match to a chemical list item, the report output shows the ingredient name highlighted in yellow with an asterisk (*).
Available Criteria:
● Lists: Include only chemical listings from these lists. (You must select at least one list.)
● Listed Chemical Name: Include only chemical list items with primary names matching or containing this criterion. (To group the report output by listed chemical name instead of chemical list name, click this criterion's Sort button. Note that this removes ingredients' REACH ratings from the report output.)
● Listed CAS: Include only chemical list items with primary CAS numbers matching or containing this criterion.
● Location: Include only parts assigned to these locations.
● Product Name: Include only parts with product names matching or containing this criterion.
● Manufacturer: Include only parts with manufacturer names matching or containing this criterion.
● Ingredient: Include only part ingredients with names matching or containing this criterion.
● Ingredient CAS: Include only part ingredients with CAS numbers matching or containing this criterion.
● Part Number: Include only parts with part numbers obeying this criterion.
● REACH Rating: Include only part ingredient listings with this REACH rating for any of the selected lists, indicating whether an ingredient is cited, not cited, above threshold, below threshold, and so on. (These are the same ratings shown for each part's ingredients on its Home page; see Viewing and Working with Parts > The Part Home Page.)
Note: Each ingredient's REACH rating is shown on the report output only when it is sorted by chemical list (default). If you sort the report output by Listed Chemical Name (see above), REACH ratings are not shown.
● Exclude Supplier Parts: Include only non-supplier parts.
● Exclude Non-Supplier Parts: Include only supplier parts.
● Exclude Sub-Parts: Include only parts that are not components of any other parts' compositions in any Mixture of Parts or Supply Chain. (For details, see Part Components.)
Available Options:
● Include Location List: Show each part's assigned locations.
● Include Inactive Locations in Location List: Include inactive locations in each part's list of assigned locations.
● Export to Excel Format: Generate
the report output in a format easily exported from the Crystal Reports
Viewer—using the
export () icon in the upper left corner of the Viewer—to Microsoft Excel.
